Eric E. Apperson

President,

Armada Hoffler Construction Company




Mr. Apperson began his career with Armada Hoffler in 1987 and held various positions prior to becoming President of Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler Construction (a subsidiary of Armada Hoffler) in 1997. Due to his wide range of experience in management, he was appointed President of Armada Hoffler Construction Company in 2000. In addition to being responsible for the overall management, strategic growth and financial health of the Construction Company, he focuses on developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, subcontractors and employees. Mr. Apperson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College where he is a member of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Apperson has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank @lantec since 2007 and has served as its Chairman since 2010. He now sits on the Virginia Advisory Board of Bank @lantec, a Division of Dollar Bank.  He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees at Cape Henry Collegiate since 2014.










John C. Davis

Executive Vice President,

Armada Hoffler Construction Company




Mr. Davis is an Executive Vice President, a position he has held since 2007 when he was promoted from the Vice President of Operations. He began his career at Armada Hoffler in 1985 when he was hired as an Assistant Superintendent which followed eight years in the residential construction industry. Mr. Davis has had the opportunity to hold various management positions during his tenure at the company which have given him the diversified experience to perform his current responsibilities which include:  contractual agreements, recruitment, risk management, legal, and coordinating the design build process we utilize on many of our projects. Mr. Davis graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology.










Alan R. Hunt

Executive Vice President,

Armada Hoffler Construction Company




Mr. Hunt joined Armada Hoffler in 1991 as a Project Superintendent. In 2001, he was promoted to Site Manager and then became Vice President in 2004. In 2007, Mr. Hunt was promoted to Executive Vice President and has been overseeing the Baltimore /Washington, DC office since the late 1990’s. He has widely diversified construction and field management expertise with experience in commercial, hotel, retail, and institutional facilities, as well as, residential building construction and renovations. Mr. Hunt received his degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Alfred.












W. Christopher Harvey

Executive Vice President,

Armada Hoffler Construction Company




Mr. Harvey currently serves as Executive Vice President of Construction. Mr. Harvey has served as Executive Vice President of Development of Armada Hoffler since 2010 which included the oversight of Alliance Hospitality, Armada Hoffler’s joint-venture with Crestline Hotels and Resorts, which was created to develop multiple hotel and hospitality projects around the country. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Harvey’s previous positions within Armada Hoffler included Director of Business and Hotel Development, Development Coordinator, and Project Engineer. Mr. Harvey received a B.A. in government from the University of Virginia and an MBA in management and business development from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
