The Apprentice School Parking Garage

The parking structure located at The Apprentice School was part of a larger $72 million mixed-use development project that was born out of a public-private partnership between Armada Hoffler, the City of Newport News, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to building 200 residential units, the mixed-use development included an 81,000 square-foot complex, home to Newport News Shipbuilding’s Apprentice School, as well as street-level retail space and a six-story, 380-car parking garage on approximately six acres of land.
