Jared Durban

Mr. Durban currently serves as Vice President of Preconstruction where he is responsible for managing the department, the design-build, GMP and hard bid efforts for all of our projects. Mr. Durban started with Armada Hoffler as a Preconstruction Manager where he used his extensive design-build experience and business acumen to successfully lead preconstruction efforts on various development and design-build projects throughout Virginia and the Southeast. He received his BS in General Engineering from Roger Williams University, an MBA in Finance from University of Connecticut, and Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University. Mr. Durban is a Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED AP.
