Steve W. Merz

Mr. Merz joined Armada Hoffler in 1986 as an Estimator. In his current role as Executive Director of Conceptual Estimating, he is responsible all conceptual estimating and business development assistance for Armada Hoffler Properties as well as Armada Hoffler Construction Company. Mr. Merz graduated from Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
