Located in the heart of the dynamic Harbor East neighborhood on Baltimore’s waterfront is the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences that features 256 hotel rooms and 83 luxury condominiums on the upper floors. The Armada Hoffler Construction Company initially built the hotel and later added the condominiums on top of the existing structing, extending it by eight stories, without interrupting hotel operations. Great care was given during the design and construction to ensure safety and security for hotel guests while still allowing them access to the hotel’s amenities.
