The Legg Mason World Headquarters is a glass and stone structure featuring Class A office space with a 4,800 square foot data center on the upper floors. It is connected to the Four Seasons Hotel via an underground parking garage and features 68,000 square feet of lower-level retail.
This state of the art, Class-A building sits on the edge of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in the dynamic Harbor East neighborhood. Construction of this building was part of a mixed-use development with its neighbor, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Ten elevators, run by the high-speed destination dispatch system, are able to predict human behavior for maximum efficiency.
